Kafta kebabs
Ingredients
Ground beef (85%), 2 pounds
Kafta seasoning (to do: figure out my own recipe. I usually get this in a bag from Lebanon.)
Salt, 1 tsp
Equipment
Skewers
Grill or broiler
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, and seasoning
Grab a handful of the beef mix, and mold it around the skewer.
Grill or broil the skewers until cooked through.
Rest and serve. This goes well with basmati rice or pita pockets. If it’s going into a pita pocket, toss in some lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles, and a white sauce.
