Plain Chinese noodles
Dou Ban Jiang (fermented been paste), 1 tbsp
Ground beef (80-85%), 1 pound
Soy sauce, 1 tsp
Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
Sugar, 1 tsp
Garlic and ginger, minced, 1 tsp
Boil some water and cook the noodles to instructions.
Drain and rinse the noodles, then place it in a bowl.
Heat up a wok, add some oil, and cook down the ground beef until no longer pink.
Add the garlic and ginger, cook for about 30 seconds.
Toss in the dou ban jian, soy sauces, sugar, stir and mix. Cook for about a minute.
Top noodles with the cooked beef mix. Garnish with scallions and serve.
