Bulgogi
Probably a non-traditional approach to bulgogi.
Ingredients
Shaved beef or thinly cut beef
Soy sauce, 1.5 tsp
Sesame oil, 1 tsp
Sugar, 1 tsp
Ginger, minced
Garlic, minced
Instructions
Mix everything and marinade overnight.
Cook on a hot grill or pan.
Serve with rice and some vegetable side. Optionally top with sesame seeds. Or wrap it in a lettuce leaf like a taco.
