Probably a non-traditional approach to bulgogi.


  • Shaved beef or thinly cut beef

  • Soy sauce, 1.5 tsp

  • Sesame oil, 1 tsp

  • Sugar, 1 tsp

  • Ginger, minced

  • Garlic, minced


  1. Mix everything and marinade overnight.

  2. Cook on a hot grill or pan.

  3. Serve with rice and some vegetable side. Optionally top with sesame seeds. Or wrap it in a lettuce leaf like a taco.
