Egg noodles, a handful
Scallions, cut to about 1 inch long
White onions, sliced
Minced garlic and ginger
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Bean sprouts (optional)
White pepper and sesame oil to taste.
Long chop-sticks – great for stirring and mixing for this recipe.
Blanch egg noodles and remove, strain, run under cold water.
Add oil to wok and heat up.
Add bean sprouts, oil, garlic, and ginger, cook lightly.
Add noodles, mix and stir.
Add soy sauces and sugar, mix, stir.
Add Scallions, stir lightly, then serve.
Add white pepper and sesame oil.
